ArtWave is Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance Arts and Entertainment Council’s answer to what to do in Saginaw, Midland, Isabella and Bay counties. From concerts in the park, to art fairs and festivals, to international-quality museum exhibitions, to the excitement and energy of local sports teams, each community takes pride in its own unique offerings. Now, ArtWave will help communities celebrate

their uniqueness. Debuting in May 2016 and going into September, ArtWave will roll from county to county, highlighting and promoting the great events happening in the middle of the mitten.
