The Arts Council is seeking area artists to exhibit their work in the annual Area Artists Art Show Contest at the Stone House Gallery. Entries will be accepted Monday through Thursday, September 14-17, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
For entry forms and exhibit guidelines, stop by the Stone House Gallery during business hours Mon. -Thurs., 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or call/text 620-378-2052 or email [email protected].

It is Hot out there! Guess where it is cool? Yes, you guessed it- the Stone House! It is cool, comfortable, and has an Exhibit to enjoy! In the 'Celestial Wanderings' Exhibit by Carol McGinnis Emert, you can enjoy the artist's cool, relaxing night sky and travel to other countries in her drawings.

In Gwen McClain's exhibit- 'Capturing the Land & Sky', you can enjoy the beautiful outdoor paintings in the coolness of the Art Gallery! The Stone House is open Monday-Thursday from 10 am to 2pm.

What a great open house we had on Sunday! Thank you to all who came and visited with Carol McGinnis Emert and Gwen McClain. If you were not able to attend, you can still see their Exhibits- "Celestial Wanderings" and "Capturing the Land and Sky" through September 10. The Stone House Gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 2pm.

Shout out to Cindy Ashcroft - thank you for helping our artists hang their Exhibits, "Celestial Wanderings" by Carol McGinnis Emert and "Capturing the Land & Sky" by Gwen McClain. Cindy is one of the Fredonia Arts Council's Board members and Gallery Committee members. Want to know more about how to get involved with the Fredonia Arts Council? Stop by the Stone House Gallery and visit with Janice and check out the Exhibit while you are there.
