As the dust has settled on the National Clydesdale Show held during the Iowa State Fair, the Clydesdale youth showed up and put on a great show exhibiting their talents and their feathered-legged steeds.
Congrats to all of the youth exhibitors!

Youth All-Around member profile of Allison LaCrosse.

Allison was excited to compete at the World Clydesdale Show this past fall. While attending other World Shows, this was her first World Show where she could compete herself. She rode her horse Topaz and drove her horses Sophie and Shade. In addition to riding and driving, Allison placed 7th in her decorating class and was very proud to do so amongst so many other youth. She looks forward to the next World Show where she can to compete.

Lillian and her horse Rusty showing at Thomet Stables in Michigan on August 1. Two third places and a fourth in over fences. By showing at this show Lillian received points for non-draft horse show events.

Remember Youth All-Around competitors you can earn points at non draft horse shows. We have two classes to compete in; draft horses shows and non-draft horse shows. So get out there and show your Clydesdale in any show you can compete in!
