Morrow County Park District

Morrow County Park District Morrow County Park District was formed in 1996 and is currently managed by five volunteer commissioners who are responsible for all work.

The Park District strives to provide natural areas and green spaces for the community to enjoy. The Mission of the Morrow County Park District is to acquire and maintain diverse natural habitats distributed across Morrow County. The Park District strives to preserve and create diversity of ecosystems while providing educational and recreational opportunities that are compatible with and promote conservation of these resources.

There has been a non-profit Organization started to support the Morrow County Park District. If you have any interest is helping or supporting with this organization, please join them the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6pm

The Morrow County Park District will meet on Tuesday, May 19th, beginning at 9:00am at the Commissioners Office (80 North Walnut Street) in Mt. Gilead to complete the remaining items for application of an AmeriCorps grant. No other business will be conducted.

We're a week away from our Birdhouse Paint & Sip! A good time to hang out with mom and friends, be creative, and enjoy some wine. And don't forget, a portion of all tickets are donated to the Friends of The Morrow County Park District to help keep our six county parks maintained.
