Fredericktown Youth Baseball Association families, volunteers, and baseball supporters — it is time for our annual board meeting as we prepare for the 2027 spring and summer season. This meeting is where board members are elected and seated for the upcoming year, and it is also a great opportunity for anyone who loves youth baseball, enjoys helping behind the scenes, or wants to be part of creating a positive experience for our players and families to get involved.
At this meeting, board positions for the upcoming season will be elected. While many current board members have chosen to serve for multiple years, each position is still part of the annual election process. Current board members may choose to run again for the same position, pursue a different role, or step aside as others express interest. No position is considered permanent from year to year, so anyone who has a desire to be considered for an elected board position should plan to attend and be part of the process. If you are not looking for a specific title but still want to serve, help where needed, or simply stay close to the association, we would also love to have you join us.
If you have specific questions about the election process, how voting works, what it is like to be part of the association, or what specific roles entail, please reach out to a current board member. We would be happy to answer questions, provide details, and help you better understand the process before the meeting.

Our Fall Ball season starts tomorrow!
We aim to open both of our concessions stands to accommodate all of our Fall Ball families and players. Our goal was to give an opportunity for fundraising to a non-profit organization, but because we were unable to make a timely connection with any interested parties, we are again operating with paid workers. For ease of communication and scheduling, I am asking that you complete and submit the linked Google Form if you are interested in being scheduled to work for pay. Additional information is provided in the heading of the form. Please message any questions you may have.

Concessions Staff - Fall 2026 FYBA is able to pay concessions workers $20 per shift (usually around 2 hours) plus a free meal while you work. ⚾ Fundraise With Us This Fall! 💰

We’re looking for a local nonprofit or community organization interested in an easy fundraising opportunity during our Fall Ball season!

Your organization would staff our concession stand(s) during Sunday afternoon games, and a portion of the concession proceeds will go directly back to your organization, while the remaining proceeds support our baseball program.

It’s a great way to raise funds for your organization while supporting local youth baseball — no event planning, product sourcing, or upfront investment required. Just bring your volunteers, and we’ll handle the rest!

We’ve been getting several messages and questions regarding Fall Ball. For those who may have those same questions but aren’t asking, here’s the most up-to-date info:

Games will commence on SUNDAYS beginning September 13th which is the weekend after the Fredericktown Tomato Show. Teams are being assigned to coaches, and you should hear from yours next week (last week of August).

Since this is a fun, relaxed, casual, skill-building season, teams will not need a lot of preparation (practices) before games begin.
As we work to organize and accommodate all of the players and families, we appreciate your patience. There is a lot of work happening behind the scenes, and we will make announcements as timely as possible as teams, schedules, and fields are finalized.
