On this day in 1914, a fire started in the rear of the Blackburn Theater. The entire east side of the block was lost. This was between Mill St. And 1st St.

We had a great turn out and beautiful weather for our Ribbon Cutting. We would like to thank the Chamber of Commerce and to the community for supporting the Fredericktown Area Historical Society's new digs.

Today we had the 3rd graders tour our museum. Perfect day for their walk and for a visit.
