What an amazing field trip with some amazing ladies for a little field education and . Much appreciate some of our growers who took time out of their day to share a piece of their world. We learned so much, laughed so hard and made some amazing memories. A huge thanks to all our growers who helped make the past 24 hours possible. Took the in-laws out for dinner and wow… El Quincho absolutely blew us away. 🔥🇦🇷
An old friend and her husband—both chef-owners—are doing something truly special here. From the wood-fired meats to the soulful empanadas, every bite felt like a love letter to Argentina.

Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in Fredericksburg. If you haven’t been yet, don’t sleep on it. Go hungry, stay late, and order everything.

What a great time sharing in . The people are so incredible as is the cuisine. It’s hard to imagine another experience with so much . Every time I leave this place I’ve learned so much and experienced some real beauty. This is the first FoodEx that we have had wine in Country (we began exporting wine 6 months ago). It was great to have folks ordering wine on the spot. It almost brought me to tears to see wines on some of the top lists in restaurants and in shops across the region. A huge thank you to our importer as well as as none of this would have happened without them.
