About Me
Hi there! My name is Amber Dawson and I am a Realtor with the most incredible company in Fredericksburg VA, Coldwell Banker Elite. My passion is helping people build stability, prosperity, and the comfort of home through real estate & being a voice for this amazing community.
In 2018 I decided to go back to school to finish my undergrad at the University of Mary Washington. When I finish I will have a degree in Historic Preservation & minors in Urban Studies and Finance. I LOVE applying everything I learn to my real estate business. My goal is to eventually use my knowledge to lead the way in using adaptive reuse and historic tax credits to build affordable housing in the Fredericksburg area.
