Each August Stated Communication, we have a tradition where our Past Masters resume the various stations of the Lodge for one night. This particular evening was a celebratory milestone for R.W. Dennis Berry, who presided in the East for the 40th anniversary of his year as Master—in 1986. Join us in thanking R.W. Next Tuesday, August 11 from 1:00 to 6:00pm at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library, 1201 Caroline Street

We're facing a national blood crisis — only the second one in our organization’s history. Blood donations have fallen to a four-year summer low, pushing an already strained blood supply to a critical level.

We are in dire need of donors to help patients counting on lifesaving blood for emergency surgeries, trauma care, cancer treatment, and other serious medical needs.

Last night, the Fellowcraft Degree bridged more than the Entered Apprentice and Master Mason Degrees. We had the distinct honor and pleasure of conferring this degree at Alexandria-Washington Lodge #22. From the lodge of George Washington’s Initiation, Passing, and Raising to the lodge in which he was Charter Master—the unique bond of our historic brotherhood was on full display.

We even enjoyed a rooftop visit of the George Washington Masonic National Memorial! We thank both organizations for their hospitality on this splendid and memorable evening.

At our July Stated Communication, Worshipful Master Seth Roderick and Right Worshipful William Patrick Delaney, DDGM of Virginia’s 8th Masonic District, presented to Sister Carrie Combs of Fredericksburg Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 29 the Community Builder Award.
