This morning, the MHAfred team had the pleasure of meeting Loretta Gulley - an active member of the American Legion Post 320 and WoVeN, the Women’s Veteran Network. Writing to Heal is a grief support group for those who are coping with the loss of a loved one.

The support group begins August 11 and meets every Tuesday through September 29, from 1:00–2:30 p.m.

Pre-registration through Mary Washington Healthcare Grief Support Services is required.

Our Older Adult Program Coordinator and a wonderful volunteer had a great time visiting Heritage Park last week for an afternoon of bingo! 💙 It was wonderful spending time with the residents! Thanks for having us, we can't wait to come back!
