Good morning, it’s a beautiful day today! I had a thought today, “embodiment versus Performance” …It’s about class and technique and how often students think of it as a performance, hell I have done so myself from time to time, but there’s great beauty in letting go of your performance aspect while you’re in class, and just focusing on embodying the movement completely. … just a thought… what do you think?
