After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cease operations of our organization. The past 10 years we have been dedicated to spread awareness, fund a cure, and dominate childhood cancer. We are immensely proud of the impact we have made. Over $100,000 was contributed to help develop vital therapies for children with cancer!
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all individuals, organizations, and supporters who have contributed to our cause. Your unwavering support, dedication, and generosity have been instrumental in our accomplishments thus far.
We encourage everyone to continue supporting other worthy causes and nonprofits that share our passion for helping children with cancer. We will disburse our remaining funds to a nonprofit doing amazing work here in our community, FGP Fairy Godmother Project .

“On Tuesday, the TODAY Show interviewed MSK Kids nurse Cassie DeMatteis, patient Rocco DiMaggio, and his family in celebration of National Nurses Week. Rocco first met Cassie when he was treated for Stage 4 neuroblastoma at MSK Kids in 2020, and Cassie quickly became his best friend and greatest champion. Hoda Kotb talked to Rocco’s family about their extraordinary relationship with Cassie and even orchestrated a reunion between nurse and patient. (See link in comments)

After son died suddenly of cancer, then their daughter got cancer, a learned they had rare Li-Fraumeni syndrome. Dad has since been diagnosed with brain cancer.

Our WHY. After a five year battle, doctors told us we had run out of options, and it was time for us to take our precious son home to live out his last days.
