Please join the UMW Film Society tonight at 9pm in Monroe 116 for our official interest session. We will be going over the basics of the club and deciding on most of our schedule for the semester. Anybody interested in becoming an officer and helping out this year should also attend. As always, thank you for being our audience!

We are deeply saddened to learn of Miloš Forman's passing. From The Fireman's Ball to Amadeus to The People vs. Larry Flynt, Forman had one the widest ranging filmographies of his generation. RIP

The filmmaker, born in Czechoslovakia, challenged Hollywood with his subversive touch, and twice directed movies that won the Oscar for best picture.
