🎀 Walking with Purpose, Making Strides for a Cure! 🎀

On October 17, 2026, FAAC Sorors proudly participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at Monroe Park in Richmond, Virginia! 💗

United in sisterhood and committed to service, our Sorors stepped forward to raise awareness, support those impacted by breast cancer, and contribute to lifesaving research and patient support programs.

💗 Together, we raised an incredible $1,776.93, surpassing our $1,000 fundraising goal!

Through sisterhood, service, and collective action, we continue to make a meaningful difference in our communities—one step at a time!

Repost from our National Headquarters:

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, honor survivors, and reaffirm our collective responsibility to create safer communities for all.
Through Delta Sigma Theta’s commitment to public service and social action, we can help break the silence surrounding domestic violence, challenge harmful misconceptions, and connect survivors with resources and support.
If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, confidential support is available through the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-SAFE (7233). You can also text BEGIN to 88788 or visit thehotline.org.
Believe survivors. Know the signs. Share resources. Stand against abuse. 💜
