Hi there folks! Its been a crazy few weeks. March is insane for us every year. We are going to have our next meeting the second week of April. We are trying to reach out to new families, so please do spread the word.
A few folks did ask about the pizza party- so the next meeting will be it! We will have some premade GF crusts for the kids to top at the meeting! More details soon!

Folks, we have a wintery mix of sleet, ice and snow coming down. So, we are gonna call the meeting for today. We are hoping next month we will reach out to more families- we need your involvement to get this thing going. The next meeting should be the third saturday next month, we will shoot out a message soon.

The snow is melting away! The kids are displeased with it, but mom is super happy! The ROCK Pizza Party is still on for tomorrow! This week we are setting up for a great ROCK Pizza Party inspired my my friend with gfe (Gluten-free Easily). We are going to have some prepped crusts for the kids to make their own pizzas at the party too! We hope to see you next Saturday at 2pm (5888 Plank Rd. Fredericksburg, Va)

Alrighty! The next meeting is confirmed for February 15th 2-5pm at Zoan Baptist Church at 5888 Plank Rd. Fredericksburg, VA. We are hoping to having a kids pizza party and will have some GF Valentines Day treats for the kids! Please RSVP to [email protected]

Do your kids miss good pizza? Our friend Shirley at gfe had a wonderful gluten-free pizza party recently! For our upcoming meeting we are thinking of a pizza party! (Shirley has tons of tested recipes on her site!) Let us know what you think! Link to some recipes in the first comment!

R.O.C.K. is a support group for kids, parents, families and friends of kids on the GF diet. R.O.C.K. meetings focus on Celiac Disease but are open to those who live GF due to gluten intolerance, autism, ADD/ADHD, allergies or personal preference.
