Hello all! We hope everyone had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend.

Quick note--Everyone who emailed about Wednesday’s free clinic at the Frednats stadium is confirmed. However, please check back here tomorrow for any potential changes due to inclement weather. The event is set to begin at 6pm Wednesday, if weather permits.

We look forward to seeing you!

REMINDER: The draft takes place Monday (today) from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Sunshine Ballpark.
Only coaches need attend.

Parents should hear from coaches by Wednesday.

☀️ ⚾️ 🏟️ Our annual free clinic at the FredNats' Virginia Credit Union Stadium will be held from 6 pm to 9 pm on May 28. it's open to children from ages 8 to 14.

The event is run by St. Louis Cardinals pro pitcher and later high school and college coach and Competitive Edge instructor Ernie Baker of Baker's Baseball.

Free MLB Pitch Hit & Run coming to Fred Nats ballpark on June 13
Pitch Hit & Run - Major League Baseball's free event for boys and girls ages 7-14 - will be held at the Virginia Credit Union Stadium, 42 Jackie Robinson Way, in Fredericksburg on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m. Area baseball and softball players may come anytime on June 13 to showcase their skills on the field at the home of the Fredericksburg Nationals. A birth certificate or other proof of age is required at check-in.
PH&R participants are divided into four age groups and will pitch to a strike zone target, hit off a batting T for distance and run their fastest to first base.
Age-group winners may earn the chance to compete at Washington Nationals Park this summer and ultimately at the MLB World Series. For general information, go to http://www.mlb.com/pitch-hit-and-run
