With Leadership Fredericksburg kicking off this week, we’re continuing our faculty spotlight by introducing two more of the leaders who help shape the program year after year.

Meet Dr. David Corderman and Janel Donohue, two faculty members who bring decades of leadership experience, mentorship and community impact to Leadership Fredericksburg.

Dr. David Corderman, Senior Partner with Academy Leadership Associates, LLC, has served on the LF faculty since 2016. A former U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer and FBI special agent, Dave brings a unique perspective on character-driven leadership. Before joining the faculty, he served as an LF mentor eight times and continues to serve as a program co-facilitator.

Janel Donohue, retired President of Rappahannock United Way, brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, organizational development and community collaboration. Her passion for developing purpose-driven leaders challenges participants to grow, take action and recognize that meaningful leadership often happens beneath the surface.

Leadership Fredericksburg is strengthened by faculty who don't just teach leadership - they've spent their careers living it, mentoring it and investing it back into others.

We’re grateful to Dave and Janel for the experience and perspective they continue to bring to each Leadership Fredericksburg class.

Stay tuned as we continue introducing the faculty behind 20 years of Leadership Fredericksburg.

Leadership Fredericksburg is welcoming back someone who helped shape the program from the very beginning.

Greg Hiebert was the founding faculty lead for Leadership Fredericksburg, helping to shape, launch and sustain the program through its first eight years. Now, as we celebrate 20 years of Leadership Fredericksburg, Greg returns to share a perspective built through more than 45 years of practicing, studying, teaching and coaching leadership.

From serving as an infantry officer with the 82nd Airborne Division and teaching leadership at West Point to guiding executives and organizations through leadershipForward, Greg’s career has centered on what it takes to lead through change, challenge and growth.

His keynote, “Seeing with New Eyes: Leadership Reflections from a Shift in Altitude and Attitude,” will explore leadership through both professional experience and personal perspective, including the gratitude, grace, generosity and grit that have shaped his own journey.

We’re excited to welcome Greg back to where he played such an important role in the Leadership Fredericksburg story.

Register today and help us celebrate 20 years of Leadership Fredericksburg with an afternoon and evening of leadership, connection, reflection and a look toward the next 20 years: https://tr.ee/G8XbgO
