📣 NOVEMBER COMMANDERS HOME GAMES — VOLUNTEER HEAD COUNT NEEDED! 🏈❤️💛

📌 INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING?

If you are interested in volunteering for any of these November games but are not currently on the list, please comment on this post with your name and the game(s) you would like to work so I can get you added to the list!

✅ WHAT I NEED FROM EVERYONE BY OCTOBER 15:

2️⃣ The November game(s) you are confirming you can work.

3️⃣ Confirmation that you can meet the required report time.

⚠️ FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the games, all required documentation and other participation requirements must be completed.

I’ve had several members submit their availability dates but have not yet received any of their required documentation. Submitting your availability dates alone does not complete the volunteer process. Please make sure you have submitted all required paperwork and completed the necessary steps to participate.

If you are unsure of what needs to be completed or what documentation is still outstanding, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’m happy to provide clarification and further assistance!

🏈 Calling All Football Lovers & Fans!🏈

Did you miss out on working concerts with us at Jiffy L**e Live this summer/fall? Don't fret!!!!!! We’ve got another incredible opportunity for you to raise money for your athletes!

The USA ALLSTARS BOOSTER CLUB is actively recruiting members for the 2026–2027 cheer and dance season, and our booster club is open to everyone! You do NOT need to be a part of our gym to participate (just gotta be willing to drive to the venue) you are welcome to join us!

We are working concessions through Levy at Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD for Washington Commanders home games! Turn game day excitement into a huge win for your athletes!

🚨 URGENT NEED: THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27! 🚨

We need additional volunteers for this Sunday, 9/27 as the Commanders take on the Seahawks (Kickoff at 1:00 PM)!

💡 WHY VOLUNTEER?

* High Earning Potential: Our group earns the higher amount between stand minimum ($100–$150 per volunteer) and commission!

* Commission Breakdown:

* 🍔 Food: 10% of net sales

* 🥤 Alcohol/Beverages: 8% of net sales

* 💵 Tips/Donations: 100% of credit card donations



📋 WHO CAN VOLUNTEER & REQUIREMENTS

* Open to All: No gym membership required—just a willingness to drive to Northwest Stadium!

* Age: Must be 18 years or older.

* Clearance & Training: Complete the clearance process, including required online training (30-min orientation + 3-hr alcohol ServSafe if serving alcohol).

* Game Day Commitment: Plan for an 8–9 hour commitment overall (Check-in windows open between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM for 1:00 PM kickoff games).

* Dress Code: Solid black shirt (logo on left breast/back accepted), solid black pants/dress pants, and black slip-resistant/non-skid shoes. (No shorts, denim, cargo pants, leggings, or open-toe shoes).

* Perks: Game-Day Atmosphere: Enjoy football season, team up with friends, and earn money for your athletes cheer/dance season (all sports are welcome not just limited to cheer&dance)

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported another successful Parent Tailgate! We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by, enjoy delicious food, fellowship with fellow parents and supporters, and help make the event such a wonderful success.

Your continued support, encouragement, and enthusiasm mean so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to show up, lend a helping hand, and support our athletes and the Booster Club. Events like this would not be possible without the amazing support of our parents!🥰📣

Ticket sales end tomorrow! Be sure to grab your raffle tickets before it’s too late!

Boosters have received so much positive feedback about our Open Gym Glow Party, and we are so happy to hear that the overall consensus was that our athletes had a GREAT time!

Our goal is to continue creating fun experiences and special moments like this for our athletes throughout the season. In order to make that possible, we need the support of our USA families!

Supporting Boosters doesn’t mean you have to give financially. Simply participating in our fundraisers, sharing our posts, inviting family and friends to participate, and helping us promote upcoming events and fundraisers makes a huge difference.

🦀 Our current Booster fundraiser is the Bushel of Crabs Raffle! Even if crabs aren’t your thing, simply sharing the raffle with family, friends, coworkers, and on your social media pages is an easy way to help support our efforts.

Every share, raffle entry, participation, and bit of support helps us raise the funds needed to continue pouring back into our athletes.
