I have been absent on the group for many reasons. The past year made me focus on finding balance of home, business and family )including extended family who are struggling).
We made it thru! It was challenging and exciting!
2021 is proving to be another set of challenges. As moms health deteriorates I am constantly reminded of how I thought I had all of my ducks in a row...and I don't.
God is definitely teaching me kindness and patience and I am more clearly in the mindset that life is about memories and not "stuff".
My plan is to share some of my lessons learned and hopefully helps others along the way.
We never know what God has planned for us. I will never question Him. I will, however, take His opportunities (not challeges) to heart and use them to help others thru their struggles. This is how I cope.
In case you are wondering...mom has Alzheimers and Parkinson's. Both diseases are slowly changing my mom into a person that none of us recognize.
