Through FCHC’s Health-Bridge program, our team meets people in the community, provides compassionate care and support, and helps connect them with the ongoing services they need.

In 2025, Health-Bridge provided 289 visits. Each visit was an opportunity to meet a neighbor with dignity and compassion and share the hope and healing of Christ.

Nearly 3,000 charity care visits. But the impact is about so much more than a number.

For many of our patients, getting healthier takes time. It means coming back for follow-up care, managing a chronic condition, adjusting treatment, or simply knowing there is a healthcare team they can turn to when they need help.

Charity care makes that ongoing relationship possible for patients who may otherwise go without the care they need.

More than $1 million in charity care.

In 2025, FCHC provided more than $1 million in charity care to individuals and families facing barriers to healthcare.

That means patients received the care they needed regardless of their ability to pay, from primary care and behavioral health to nutrition services and care coordination.

Some burdens are visible. Others are carried quietly.
Worry about your health. Anxiety about what comes next. The stress of not knowing where to turn for care. The weight of trying to care for yourself or your family when resources are limited.
Matthew 11:28, Jesus reminds us that we do not have to carry those burdens alone:
“Come to me, all who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.”
At Fredericksburg Christian Health Center, our mission is rooted in that hope. We seek to care for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and to walk alongside those in our community facing barriers to care.
