Philippe and Maryse Rigolot represented Frejus/St Aygulf, and Maryse earned her second Confrerie pan. Look close: that's not butter melting in the giant pan; it's duck fat! Boy, was it good!

Bar food at Tata Yaya, a great Paris jazz bar. That's a crisp gin and tonic with red peppercorn, confit du canard and baguette, cornichons and pickled onions; warm goat cheese and toast points. Music was fab!
