A great meeting today with 40+ aging industry professionals. Frederick Community College and Ackiewicz provided a great venue with a delicious breakfast. caughy mclaughlin was our "Getting to know you" speaker and we learned her family and faith along her rewarding career in helping others brings her joy. Brunswick Public Library represented by Librarian Lenora Grackin provided an overview of their new program "backpacks for seniors" which is truly awesome! Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 28th at the Veterans Service Center, 1750 Monocacy Blvd., Frederick, MD 21701 hosted by Chelsea Alderman of Thrive USA! The meeting will start at 9am. Coffee and light breakfast will be provided.

Please plan on bringing business cards for the door prize and for referral partners, a KUDO from one person/organization to another, and updates or upcoming events to share.

We have a few new members that will be joining us, so you will not want to miss out on learning about new and valuable resources for your clients!!

Our September meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 24th at 9am. Right at Home (Frederick, MD) and Eileen McLaughlin will be hosting our meeting at Il Forno Pizzeria 1035 W. Patrick Street, Frederick, MD in their private room.
We have a few new members that will be joining us, and you should come to learn about their new services and meet them!!
We will also be hearing from Kelli Ackiewicz as our "Getting to know you" talk this month. These talks are a great way for us to get to know our fellow colleagues.
We do have a date for our next Senior Resource & Education Fair to be held at FCC on May 28, 2026.

Our August meeting will be held on Wednesday, Augut 27th at 9am. We will meet Silverado Frederick Memory Care Community 8401 Gas House Pike, Frederick, MD.

We have a few new members that will be joining us and you should come to learn about their new services and meet them!!

We will also be introducing our "Getting to know you" talks this month. If you are interested in having us get to know you better (not everyone is and that is fine) we will be drawing names of those interested and scheduling those each month. This will be a great way for us to get to know our fellow colleagues.

We do have a date for our next Senior Resource & Education Fair to be held at FCC on May 28, 2026.

We will also provide an update on our monthly seminars.
