A former student guest, Erin is now attending Georgetown University on a full scholarship pursuing a double major. She's also putting her experience to work as a young entrepreneur, helping high school students prepare for college and navigate their own paths in higher education.

Her journey is one of perseverance, service and determination. Come hear how she is inspiring the next generation to succeed.

It is with heavy hearts that we remember our friend and fellow Rotarian, Philip "Phil" Berkheimer.

Phil exemplified Rotary's motto of Service Above Self, generously giving his time, talents, and leadership to strengthen both our club and the Frederick community. His wisdom, humor and unwavering commitment to serving others touched countless lives, and his presence will be deeply missed.

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Frederick, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Phil's family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. We are grateful for his years of fellowship, service, and the lasting legacy he leaves behind.

Join us Wednesday, July 22 as we welcome award-winning Frederick artist and glass designer Yemi Fagbohun for an inspiring presentation on the power of public art.

Yemi will share how murals and public art can strengthen communities, create a sense of place, and bring people together. He'll also discuss his passion for mentoring young artists and the impact creative opportunities can have on the next generation.

Making a splash for community!

Yesterday, we welcomed special guests to our office. 🚤💛

The “Rotary Magic” Yellow Submarine , a creative collaboration between the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek and the Rotary Club of Frederick, stopped by after another award-winning season. 🌟

Not only did this fan-favorite vessel help raise funds for the Splash PoinT at Baker Park project during the 2025–26 season, but for the second year in a row, the “Rotary Magic” Yellow Submarine also took home the 🏆 Best Boat Award!

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing creativity, community, and impact together in such a fun way! 💙💛
