Due to conflicting forecasts across multiple weather apps, we have made the decision to move the 36th Annual Children's Festival indoors to the Talley Recreation Center (121 N. Bentz Street) tomorrow.
This decision was not made lightly, and we believe it will provide the best possible experience for everyone attending. Stop by for Fun, Free activities, 3 food trucks, the FCPL Bookmobile, and Firetruck along with limited outdoor games as weather permits. Oh, and we will be celebrating the 3-year birthday of one of our Presenting Sponsors, Family Connects!
Be sure to join us for Mr. D's Magic Show at 1:00 PM and Mr. Jon and Friends in concert at 2:00 PM, both taking place in the Recreation Center. We look forward to seeing you there!

Given the fluctuating forecasts, the committee has decided to make the call about whether we are inside or outside by noon tomorrow (Friday). If you are an activity booth vendor or entertainer, please make sure to check your email in the morning! The festival will go on rain or shine-outside if we can and indoors if rainy!
