CALM, The Community Problem-Solving Program of Frederick County CALM is a program providing conflict resolution methods to the Frederick Community. We are a program of the National Center for Mediation Education, Inc.

CALM offers mediation, facilitation, other restorative justice methods, conflict resolution training, communication workshops, and Keeping Your Cool classes. The Community Center for Problem Solving offers an opportunity for communication, cooperation and collaboration in resolving problems and conflicts. We offer facilitations, mediations and other restorative justice methods in addition to work

shops and trainings. a non-profit organization that has been in existence for over 33 years. We offer our services using a sliding scale fee or free of charge. We work with businesses, community organizations, families, government agencies, neighborhoods, non-profits and schools.
