Posted prior to Obituary entry:
I just found out the passing of another classmate Steve Weddle, as of December 7th at 3am.

Steve had been suffering from a lot of health issues and it was his heart that took him.

I kept in touch with him through the years as we both shared our situations and so on. He was indeed tired and his body was weak.
He is no longer suffering now.

His mom and I talked and we shared a little bit of information. As soon as I find out more I will share it here.

I do know a service will be held at a later date.

Mark E. Miller of Middletown, MD passed away peacefully on August 19, 2023.

He was the devoted husband of 30 years to Yvonne M. Miller and father to two amazing children, Jessica M. Miller of Baltimore, and Tyler C. Miller of Middletown.

He was preceded in death by his parents Calvin Richard Miller, Sr., and Mary Eloise Baugher. Mark dedicated 35 years of service to the federal government.

Mark is survived by two brothers: Calvin Richard Miller, Jr. (Susan) and Gary A. Miller. He cherished his nieces and nephews; Stephen and Laura Miller, Christopher and Erica Miller, Ashleigh and Alex Glod, Timothy Miller, Sara Linthicum, Billy Linthicum, and Ariyana Edwards.

He was also very proud of his great niece Charlotte, and four great nephews Teddy, Cameron, Noah, and Olly. He always looked forward to spending time with each of them.

Mark held close to his heart his mother-in-law, Marie Linthicum, his favorite guitar player and brother-in-law Bryant Linthicum, and his wife Jenny.

Mark welcomed the summers spent with his life-long friends Katherine and Den Skinner, and their son Daniel Mehaffie. He loved every minute of our combined family Dewey Beach trips, and quiet nights at Treasure Beach. He considered these the best times of his life.

Mark's sweet and friendly Rock-and-Roll personality led him to some of the most remarkable acquaintances and charitable causes of Frederick County and he valued the contributions made to our community. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to one of the following three organizations: AMVETS Post #9 of Middletown, Let There Be Rock School Frederick Underprivileged Scholarship Fund, or Sophie and Madigan's Playground in Frederick.

A private celebration of life will be held with family and friends at a future date.
