Our friends at the Frederick Moose Lodge have chosen to donate the proceeds from their upcoming 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament to us at the Frederick County 4-H Camp & Activities Center, Inc. We hope all of our friends and supporters will help make this event a success for the Moose Lodge and us by sponsoring the event and/or participating in the tournament on April 24, 2026. It's that time of year! Santa is making his rounds and he will be at the Frederick County 4-H Camp & Activities Center on Saturday, December 6th from 7 am - 11 am. This is a good "country" breakfast buffet! Free photos with Santa, crafts and more!

Last night the Frederick County 4-H Camp Center held their annual banquet celebrating the past year’s accomplishments as well as recognizing many individuals and businesses who support the Camp Center.

Special recognition to our new Hall of Fame members: Myrtle Sturtz, Allen Coblentz and Becky Nusbaum. These individuals have given of themselves unselfishly to the Camp Center in many different capacities over the years and we are extremely grateful. We would not be what we are today without people like these three!

Thanks also to our outgoing Board member Sara Goodman who is now enjoying motherhood with twins! Thanks Sara for your years of service and dedication to the Camp Center!

We welcome to the board Katie Axline who is no stranger to the Camp Center and has been helping for years at many events! Welcome Katie!!!!

We look forward to the next year with many new events and upgrades around the facility!

The Officers and Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who sponsored and that came last night to our Spring Sportsman Raffle. You all were AWESOME and so much fun!!!

These events help us to make improvements to our facilities that is used so often by the children of Frederick County and the State of Maryland!!!

Tomorrow is the Day that Santa & Mrs. Claus arrives at the Frederick County 4-H Camp & Activities Center!!!

Come enjoy a hot buffet breakfast in the warmth of the camp center! Free crafts for the kiddos and get your FREE photos with Santa and Mrs. Clause (Santa arrives at 9:00 a.m.)! There will also be a bake table of goodies!

We had a wonderful Fall Sportsman Bash this past Saturday night! Thanks to all who bought tickets and attended Saturday night! This facility depends on your support to continue to provide for our youth in Frederick County as well as the State of Maryland.

Thanks to all the volunteers who donated their time to help and all the many businesses and organizations that donated to our event!

Wanted to shout out the following 4-H Clubs who donated baskets for our Raffle table! They were beautiful and helped to raise funds for the Camp Center!
