James goes above and beyond every game — challenging players with our Core Value Word of the Week and leading with confidence on the court. He makes strong, decisive calls and models true humility, always willing to own and correct mistakes.

Coach Amber has done an outstanding job leading her team this season. This past week, the squad was loud, confident, and clear in their cheers—consistently bringing energy and big smiles to the floor. Ryan did an outstanding job engaging with both coaches and players throughout the game. He took time to clearly explain his calls and gently remind the players of the rules, helping them learn in the moment. His positive, encouraging attitude and compliments toward the players made the game both fun and instructional for everyone involved.

Congrats Coaches!! Well deserved!!

Ada and Cameron lead with calm, positive energy and intentional encouragement for every player. They take the time to invest in their team—not only developing skills on the court, but also diving into devotionals and God’s Word with purpose. Their love for the game and for the Lord is evident and contagious, impacting not just the players but the parents as well. They model leadership with positivity, integrity, and understanding—true examples of how coaches should lead. We are so thankful for the way they are guiding our 1/2 boys and creating such a meaningful experience for their team.

Thanks for the continued support and effort Brennar and Jack!!!

Both Brennar and Jack did an excellent job managing the game—using great judgment in allowing the kids to play while confidently making calls when needed. They remained calm, composed, and professional throughout, handling challenging moments with maturity and poise. Craig takes the time to invest in every player, helping each one grow and improve. Always positive and encouraging, he meets players where they are while challenging them to get better. Congrats Coach Ryan!!

Coach Ryan has been an incredible leader this season. His coaching consistently reflects encouragement, support, and a genuine care for his players. Beyond the court, Ryan went above and beyond this past week by taking time to love and serve our RMYB staff—pausing to pray over the program, participants, spectators, and staff as we kicked off Week 4. David has shown incredible dedication and patience with his team, consistently encouraging and supporting every player. He shows up fully present, positive in every situation, and leads by example as a wonderful role model. Whether at practice or on game day, David goes above and beyond with a great attitude and a joyful spirit, always making basketball fun and meaningful for the girls. Elliot did a wonderful job teaching and guiding the kids throughout the game. They were patient, helpful, and supportive, stepping in to explain when needed while allowing the game to flow naturally. Great Coaches make Great Players!! 🏀🎉 Help us celebrate these awesome people!

Madi Clark - Coach Madi is a wonderful influence on her players. As a high school student and athlete, she consistently takes time out of her busy schedule to not only teach basketball skills, but also to help her players grow as good sportsmen, teammates, and people. She always makes time after games and practices to recognize what her players did well and to offer encouragement. Coach Madi is an impressive young woman, and we are fortunate to have her as part of our program. Way to go, Coach Madi—keep it up!

Brock Guildner - Brock leads with humility and guidance, always focused on the betterment of the team. He is incredibly kind and supportive of the girls, providing positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable coaching that celebrates effort, teamwork, and great play—not just high scorers.
