This video captures the energy and momentum of the 12-to-24 Collaborative’s First Annual Membership Meeting, held at Hood College, where members from across Frederick County gathered for a full day of connection, collaboration, and celebration. Together, we reflected on a year of extraordinary progress—from launching the Frederick Youth Council to co-designing the future Youth Center at 300 Scotty’s Bus Lane—and took a major step forward by shaping our shared Common Agenda to guide the next chapter of this work.

Our Common Agenda is bold and youth-centered: by 2033, 95% of Frederick County youth ages 12–24 will be on aligned academic, career, or personal pathways with equitable support for lifelong success. This meeting was a powerful milestone on that journey, featuring a Youth Council breakfast panel, the unveiling of the Youth Center’s schematic design, and the introduction of Amy Wilkinson, our first Backbone Director—an essential, nationally recognized role that strengthens coordination and shared strategy across partners.

Special thank you to several of our other partners who have made this endeavor possible, and helped to facilitate the activities of the day that brought this common agenda to life, including:
- Katie Napolitano, Consultant
- Ericka FranƧois, Consultant
- Kathryn Vicere
- Ericka Rohrbaugh, MPH
- Jason Francis
- And the Frederick Youthcouncil

Thank you to every member who showed up, shared your voice, and helped shape the future.
