I was asked to say the blessing before yet another wonderful meal by the New Midway Fire Hall. I am so grateful for the opportunities it held with not enough hours in the day. I wish I was able to attend more than I did but I enjoyed and took away a lot from what I did attend.

Last night was the Frederick County Farm Bureau annual meeting and banquet. I had the honor to present the milk toast and invocation. Thank you to everyone who made last night possible and run smoothly! And as mentioned during the banquet we thank the legislators who came out. Its crucial for us farmers and ranchers that the legislators know and understand what the Farm Bureau is and does for the agricultural community and industry.

Monday Sept. 16th: It is tradition for the Farm Bureau Ambassador to drive the first tractor in the tractor pull. It was an honor to do so and no doubt the largest machine I'm ever going to drive.

Tuesday Sept. 17th: My family's farm Bryant Livestock LLC took 7 head of beef cattle for the open show, and we're excited that all our cattle were bred and owned.

I had a great time hearing from others about their jobs and impact they have on the agricultural community. A huge thank you to President Nacy Keller for making it happen!
On Wednesday evening, I attended the FFA Greenhand and Character Counts Award Ceremony, not only to support my home chapter Urbana, but to also connect with other FFA members and chapters.

Friday Sept. 20th: I spent the day at the Farm Bureau Booth, engaging with the public. There were arts and crafts for the kids as well as an agricultural questions and facts wheel that the parents loved to jump in on! I always enjoy educating and engaging with the community about agriculture!
