⚠️ ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS
Many of you might not know that I am the founder of Wild Earth Rescue, a volunteer group that cleans local waterways of trash and debris. Starting in May we will begin our "Clean-ups", and we are always in need of volunteers!

Many of our cleanups involve kayaking down river, but we do offer hikes for people that don't own kayaks. All ages are welcome and we are grateful for every single one of you that participates! Follow our page Wild Earth Rescue for cleansing up schedules or visit our site below

🛶 DONATIONS:
Donations of unused kayaks or canoes are always needed!! At the moment, we only have two extra that we can offer people, but it would be wonderful to have more so we don't have to turn away any volunteers.

❗️CLEAN UP REQUEST
We are a Maryland based group, but certainly don't mind doing surrounding areas within moderate driving distance PA, WV, VA. If you have a local river that needs our assistance, email me at [email protected]
NOTE: We already have on the books to do the lower portion of the Shenandoah that meets the Potomac. Portions of the potomac river is also on the schedule.

A huge THANK YOU to all our volunteers for giving us a hand today at Pinecliff Park!! I was so happy to see so many people show up and only wish I would have been able to get a group picture of us all! It is only because of people like you that we are able to make a difference for the greater good for all!

If I didn't see you at the end of the day today, thank you, truly, for taking time out of your busy schedule to clean other people's mess. Most importantly mother earth thanks you 🌎❤️

⚠️ ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS 🌎
Wild Earth Rescue will be doing our first clean-up of the season starting April 20th, at LeGore Bridge in Keymar Maryland! As always volunteers are needed and appreciated!

🌲This is a trail and riverside clean up so kayaks and canoes are not necessary. Because this is an easy hike, it will be a great event for children to participate in! It gets them outdoors and allows them to be part of a solution to a large problem our natural world faces.💪🦅🙌

CLEAN-UP DETAILS 💦

☆Our hike will begin at 1pm starting at LeGore Bridge, 12386 Clyde Young Rd, Keymar, MD 21757.

☆WHAT IS PROVIDED
• Trash bags
• Gloves
• Trash pokers
• Bottle Waters

Just show up and we have the rest covered!🙌

🥱 End time is estimated to be 3pm but no obligation to stay the whole time. We are grateful for any minute someone can give.

🥪🥗 Because this event should be after lunch, there is no need to bring one. However, if you would like to enjoy some snacks or food as you hike, that's perfectly fine! We want our volunteers to enjoy themselves and do as they like as they help us clean the river banks.

✌️No one is obligated to stay as a group. All we ask is that you gather as much trash as possible. When you are finished, you can leave your bag of trash up next to the vehicles off to the side of the road.

🌧 Dress appropriately for weather conditions and remember that we will be on a riverbank in some areas, so boots are recommended.

Most importantly, if you're somebody that litters, PLEASE....DONT BE AN ASS AND PICK UP YOUR TRASH!!!!! We don't like having to clean it up for you🤬

The Monocacy river has a lot less tires as of today! Thank you for all of the volunteers that gave us a hand today for our riverside clean up!! It's because of you we are able to make a difference for the greater good of all!🌎🙏
