In 2010, our Volunteer Services Coordinator Dianne Elizabeth started our Comfort Crafting program with a simple goal: give patients a tangible gift that shows how special they are.

From patriotic quilts hand-sewn for our Veterans to Cindy Hollman's playful octopus creations, our crafters are some of the most creative, generous, and compassionate people around.

Our Goals of Care consultations: in-depth, no-cost conversations between patients, their families, and healthcare providers.

"The primary focus is customizing the treatment plan to reflect the patient's values, preferences and overall well-being," says Hospice Community Service Liaison Dawn Bolton. "A Goals of Care conversation is an exploration of the broader goals in a patient's medical treatment."
