Tomorrow! Let's give back to the military veterans who gave so much to us. Key City Rotary is partnering with Ruppert Landscaping at Memorial Park for a spring clean up and mulching day.

We'll be cleaning up trash, mulching, and generally sprucing up. The vibes will be fresh air, teamwork, and a little bit of dirt therapy.

Recommended gear: gloves and shovels if you have them.

Wonderful spirits filled the ballroom at Visitation Hotel last night, and we're NOT just talking about the bourbon!

About 70 guests attended "Bourbon :30," a whiskey tasting experience and fundraising event featuring potions from Heaven Hill Distilleries paired with scrumptious food from the team at Wye Oak Tavern. Who knew toasty whiskey would taste so good with scallops and grits?

The evening featured unique and hard-to-find whiskeys and bourbons, education from the team at Heaven Hill, prizes and steals during Rickhouse Roulette, and tons of laughs.

Here are just a few photos from the May 6 event, which raised over $3000 for the club's service efforts, including fighting food insecurity, improving literacy, and supporting veterans.

Thank you to all who attended. Your generous financial support was only exceeded by your generous good cheer.

Something as simple as a new pair of shoes can help a child walk into school feeling proud, included, and ready to take on the day.

Each year, we partner with local organizations to provide new shoes to children right here in Frederick County.

Soles of Joy is more than just an event. It is a community coming together to make sure every child has the confidence that comes with a brand new pair of shoes.

This year’s Soles of Joy: Denim and Diamonds is happening on July 31 at Walkers Overlook, and it is shaping up to be an incredible night filled with great food, drinks, music, and meaningful impact.

We are currently looking for sponsors who want to be part of something that truly makes a difference. Your support helps us reach more children, grow this event, and strengthen our community in a real and lasting way.
