Great Valley Middle School is proudly represented today at the PMEA District 12 7/8 Choir fest, where four of our outstanding musicians are working under the direction of Dr. Kyle Zeuch, associate professor of music and director of choral activities at Lebanon Valley College. Together with nearly 100 talented students from 19 other middle schools in the region, they’re spending the day making advanced, high level music culminating in a performance this evening at Sun Valley High School. Mr. Dippell and the entire GV music department are so proud of these young musicians!

Our State Champion Marching Patriots took home the silver medal last Saturday at the USBands Open Class National Championship in Allentown, PA!!!
🏆🥈🎶🎶💙🤍💙🤍🎶🎶

The kids left it all out on the field in an amazing final season performance to achieve their all-time highest placement in the most competitive USBands classification.

GVMP finished in 2nd place out of 9 schools with a score of 92.800 and won the caption award for Best Overall Effect, with an extremely close competition for the awards in percussion and color guard. Please congratulate them on this well-deserved win!

THANK YOU to our Band Director, Alex Siwa, Assistant Director, Jason Moore, and all the incredible percussion, front ensemble, woodwind/brass, and color guard staff! Your passion and dedication help our students shine and be their very best. We are grateful for all you do! 💙🤍💙

Come see our PA STATE CHAMPIONS in action this THURSDAY night at Valley Stadium! Bring your friends, family and neighbors to see their award-winning program and send them off to Nationals in style. Gates open at 8:15 and the program starts at 8:30. See you there!

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR STATE CHAMPION MARCHING PATRIOTS! The GVMP came in first in their division with a season night score of 87.70! It’s the 4th year in a row the band has been PA State Champions and we couldn’t be prouder. Come out to Valley Stadium this Thursday at 8:30 to see their program and cheer them on to Nationals. Nationals on Saturday in Allentown. Check them out!

Yesterday, eight members of Chamber Singers and our incredible Choir Director Katherine Domizio participated in the High School Honor Choir Festival at West Chester University's Wells School of Music. The festival culminated in a concert, where the students sang three challenging selections as taught and directed by Wells' Dr. Kimberly Adams. They sounded INCREDIBLE! Congratulations to Eliza Grady, Alisha Flnagan, Lily Smith, Rea Simmon, Ani Venkatesh, Maggie Dibble, Jason English and Isaac Smith. Thank you to Mrs. Domizio and the Wells' School of Music for such an enriching experience for our GV singers.
