Several AFC Union leadership members attended The DPL Showcase event in Richmond, VA this past weekend to continue exploring what various leagues/platforms can offer AFC in the future. Other staff spoke with National 1 League leaders this past weekend regarding the starting of that league/platform and potential opportunities.

AFC Union is building for the future and while some of the leagues/platforms may not be options immediately, we are working behind the scenes to meet the various requirements in order to compete at these higher levels!

Big thank you to the Case High School Girls Soccer team for putting on a great Youth Night event during this evening’s match against Park!

Our RASA and AFC Union players had a great time watching some of Racine’s best face off as they got an idea of what the game looks like at the High School level.

UPDATE - Looking better and better for soccer this weekend at RASA!!! Members of the RASA/AFC Union Staff jumped into action yesterday repairing damage to fields and prep work that was delayed. We were even able to use a few fields for Rush Union Practices!

We still have a lot more to do and certain areas still need to dry out. Some lines might be more faded and grass longer than normal but our goal is to host all the games this weekend. It’s still possible some adjustments or cancellations of some games may take place. We’ll continue to update as we go. Today’s warm weather should help significantly!
