Steel’s SAE includes farming and showing pigs, and his favorite FFA contest is CCM! 🐷 When he’s not busy with FFA, you can probably find him playing football. 🏈

🌾 Husker Harvest Days! 🌾

Our FFA members had a great time at Husker Harvest Days last week! We got to meet and connect with people from different areas of agriculture, learn about colleges and future careers, and put our knowledge to the test with a fun scavenger hunt. It was a great day full of learning, exploring, and making memories! 💚💛

Tritny’s SAE includes babysitting and 4-H pigs, and her favorite FFA contest is Floriculture! 🌱🐷 When she’s not busy with FFA, you can probably find her showing pigs or playing volleyball. 🏐🐖

FRANKLIN FFA AT STATE FAIR FFA DAY!

Our Franklin FFA members had a great time at State Fair FFA Day! 💙💛 They got to talk with industry professionals, learn about different careers in agriculture, and explore opportunities for their futures. 🌾

Members also had the chance to visit with different colleges and learn more about the programs and opportunities they offer! 🎓

Nebraska State Fair FFA Livestock Families – Important Reminder! 🚨

The 2026 Nebraska State Fair FFA Online Entry System is now OPEN!

Entry Deadline: Monday, August 10 @ 8:00 PM CT

All FFA exhibitors showing:
🐮 Beef
🐷 Swine
🐑 Sheep
🐐 Goats
🐰 Rabbits
🐔 Poultry

MUST have their entries submitted online by the deadline. There will be no late entries accepted, so don’t wait until the last minute!

If you experience any technical issues while registering, please contact the Nebraska 4-H/FFA Showorks technical support team as listed on the registration website.

If you have questions specific to your Franklin FFA entries, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Let’s make sure everyone is entered and ready for a great State Fair! 💙💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who purchased tickets and supported our 50/50 Raffles during the Franklin County Fair Rodeo and Demo Derby this weekend!

Congratulations to our winners, and thank you for helping make our fundraiser a success!

Because of your generosity, our members will have the opportunity to participate in FFA activities, leadership conferences, Career and Leadership Development Events, and represent the Franklin FFA Chapter at the District and State levels throughout the year.

Your support is an investment in our students and their future, and we truly appreciate our amazing community for believing in agricultural education.
