Then: 8 weeks old. 🥹 A tiny puppy, full of potential, waiting for her family.

Now: Over 50 lbs, spayed, sweet, playful, and STILL waiting. 💔

We’ve had Honey for an entire year. She comes to adoption events, meets new people, and watches other dogs find their forever homes…

But Honey’s turn still hasn’t come.

She’s a Pit/Lab/Curr mix looking for a home where she can be the only dog and get all the love she deserves. 🐾❤️

Georgia is 15 months old and is looking for a very special forever home where she can finally feel safe, settled, and loved. 💗

🏡 Georgia’s ideal home:
• House trained ✅
• Leash trained ✅
• Kennel trained ✅
• Small-dog friendly
• Adults only
• A quiet, calm home with minimal chaos
• No young children
• No large dogs or other animals unless they are very small

Georgia can become anxious when there is a lot of noise, activity, young children, or larger dogs around her. She really thrives in a peaceful environment where she can relax and have a predictable routine.

We feel Georgia would do best with an older individual or older couple who enjoys a quieter lifestyle and can give her the patience, consistency, and love she deserves. ❤️

We are Pawprint Sanctuary, a foster-based rescue serving Robertson and Falls Counties, and we currently have 50+ dogs in our care. Our food supply is running dangerously low. 💔

These dogs depend on us for every meal, and we need your help to keep their bowls full. Even a small donation can make a BIG difference when we’re feeding this many hungry pups.

Today we celebrate the dogs who bring us endless love, laughter, and loyalty—and especially the ones still waiting for their forever homes. 🐶🏡

Every dog deserves a safe place to sleep, a full belly, a loving hand, and a family who will never give up on them. We’re so grateful for everyone who helps us give these deserving pups the second chances they deserve. 🐾

🐾 Meet Grandpaw — A Senior Who Deserves His Special Someone ❤️

Grandpaw is an older senior who was rescued from a kill shelter, and we’re hoping someone will look past his challenges and see the sweet boy underneath. 🥹

Because Grandpaw has a history of biting, he needs an adult-only home with someone who understands that trust takes time. He also has some food aggression, so an experienced and patient adopter will be important.

But his foster has seen his incredibly sweet side, too. ❤️ Grandpaw will sometimes jump right into their lap and ask for pets! And when he’s had enough, he simply lets them know and gets down. He has his boundaries—and he deserves a person who will respect them.

🐶 He goes outside with some of his smaller foster dog friends. He doesn’t really interact with them much, either positively or negatively, but he’s comfortable sharing the space.

Grandpaw isn’t looking for just any home. He’s looking for a patient, understanding, special person who will give him the time, structure, and respect he needs to feel safe.

He may have some quirks, but senior dogs like Grandpaw still have so much love to give. ❤️

Annabelle is looking for a very special person to give her the chance she deserves. She’s been through a lot, and while she is incredibly sweet, she needs someone who understands her boundaries and is willing to be patient with her.

Annabelle can be barrier aggressive and will need an experienced adopter or foster who is willing to work with a professional trainer.

🏡 Adult-only home
🐾 Must be the only dog in the home
🎓 Experienced handler + trainer required
❤️ Lots of patience, structure, and understanding

We know her unicorn home is out there. She doesn’t need someone to “fix” her—she needs someone willing to understand her, advocate for her, and give her the time she deserves.
