As we look ahead to another exciting school year, we'd like to take a moment to introduce the dedicated volunteers serving on the Franklin PTF Board for the 2026-2027 school year!

These individuals have generously volunteered their time and talents to help support our students, teachers, staff, and school community. From organizing events and fundraisers to creating opportunities that enrich the educational experience for our children, their commitment helps make Franklin such a special place.

We are incredibly grateful for their willingness to serve and look forward to all that we can accomplish together this year!

Our 4th of July Coloring Contest entries are due THIS SATURDAY, JUNE 13TH!

There's still time to grab a coloring sheet and show off your creativity! We can't wait to see all of the amazing red, white, and blue masterpieces from our students.

📚🎉 Reminder: Back-to-School Bash Planning Meeting Tomorrow!🎉📚

The Back-to-School Bash is coming to Franklin this year, and we want to make it an amazing kickoff to the new school year for our students and families! 💙

Parents, grandparents, community members, and friends are all invited to join us tomorrow at 6:00 PM at Franklin Park to help brainstorm ideas, volunteer, and be part of planning a fun and memorable event for our kids.

It takes a community to make great things happen, and we'd love to hear your ideas! Bring the kiddos and come help us create the best Back-to-School Bash yet! 🍎✏️🎈

We are so excited to see all of the amazing entries coming in already! ❤️🤍💙

We now have MORE locations available for coloring sheet pickup and drop-off!

📍 Franklin students can pick up and return their coloring sheets at:

📍 Waverly kiddos can pick up their coloring sheets at:

•Verda Maes

🎨 Entry fee is just $2 per sheet.
We also accept entry fee payments through:

Need help getting a coloring sheet picked up or dropped off? No problem at all — just send us a message and we will gladly arrange something with you!

🗳️Nominations for 2026-2027 Board Members (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) will be accepted at the start of the meeting at 6pm with voting to follow.

☀️Two volunteers still needed for Field Day at Franklin, May 19th, 11:30am-Dismissal. Comment if interested! Background check must be approved with the Main Office.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to all of the incredible teachers and staff who touch the lives of our students each and every single day! 🍎❤️

Thank you for your patience, encouragement, kindness, dedication, and for all the countless things you do behind the scenes that often go unseen. The impact you make on our children and community is truly priceless.

We were so excited to help set up the teacher lounges at East Grade and the High School this week to show just a small token of our appreciation for our amazing staff! 🌸✨

We also want to give a special shout out to graduating senior Micah for stepping up and helping with the setup.

We hope all of our teachers feel celebrated and appreciated this week because YOU deserve it! 💕
