There is a special kind of magic in the heart of the Haitian countryside. Away from the noise of the city, you find the true heartbeat of this beautiful nation, in its soil, its resilience, and the warm hospitality of its communities.

Every visit to the peyi andeyò is a grounding reminder of why the mission to Restore Haiti matters so much. It is about empowering families, honoring the land, and cultivating sustainable hope from the ground up.

Being welcomed back here feels like coming home. Together, we are rebuilding, restoring, and looking toward a brighter tomorrow. 🇭🇹

Throwbacks for us sometimes get emotional because when we look at how far we have come, we just want to keep telling the world that the Lord Restores.

This is exactly 10years ago, and these children are 10 years older, they have grown knowing Christ for 10 more years, and now can share the word of the Lord even 10 years to come. Jesus said, let the little children come to me.

Grateful for how far we have come. Thank you for all those that continue to serve with us and give to us, you're all blessed.

It is literally impossible to escape the flag man on May 18th, and honestly, why would you want to?

He is out here moving through the crowd like a man on a mission, single-handedly ensuring that not a single car, window, or person is left without their red and blue.

It’s not just about selling flags; it’s about spreading that pure, unmatched Haitian energy to every single corner. If you don't support the hustle today, are you even celebrating? 🇭🇹

On May 18, 1803, our ancestors stitched together the red and blue as an unbreakable declaration of freedom. The Haitian flag represents far more than history; it is a living symbol of a people who choose resilience and renewal every single day.

Today, we celebrate the rich legacy, vibrant culture, and enduring spirit of the world's first free Black republic. 🇭🇹

At Restore Haiti, we honor this history by actively building a brighter, sustainable future for the next generation. Through education and community empowerment, we work alongside local leaders to rewrite the narrative of our nation from the inside out.

Every family uplifted is a testament to the promise stitched into our flag. Our motto, l'union fait la force; unity makes strength, remains our blueprint for progress.

Today, we call on our global community to transform pride into purpose and invest in a thriving tomorrow.

Happy Haitian Flag Day from all of us at Restore Haiti!

The voice of these little ones might not be loud enough to scream how much it is they yearn for a peaceful country. It takes more than an organization to help restore peace, dignity in homes, future for our children and so much more.

It is about US. May this post remind you that a dollar is better than none. Keep giving, and let's unite to restore Haiti because we can.

The peace we're yearning for in Haiti is for these beautiful souls. Just look at the smiles. Don’t they deserve peace at home and in school? That little which you give sustains the mission. And the mission is one, RESTORE HAITI.

The words on our walls are the echoes of your heart.

At Restore Haiti, we don’t just build classrooms; we curate an atmosphere of destiny. We paint truths onto concrete so that when the world gets loud, our children’s environment speaks louder.

But these walls would be silent without you.

To our donors, our prayer warriors, and our relentless friends: You are the ink in our pens and the strength in our structure. We don’t just see your financial support, we feel your soul in this mission. You are not a "source of funding"; you are a pillar of this house.

You are valued. You are vital. You are the reason the walls have something beautiful to say.

Haiti doesn't need a band-aid; it needs a blueprint. 🇭🇹

We’re out here playing chess, not checkers. You can’t drop a textbook in front of a kid who hasn't eaten in two days and call it "progress." We’re linking the farm to the classroom, stacking local crops on plates so these kids can actually focus on stacking knowledge.

The goal isn't just to feed them today. It’s to educate them so well they own the table tomorrow.

The revolution is being catered and curated.

They say "Tipa tipa, zwazo fè nich li" - little by little, the bird builds its nest.

In our education program, progress looks like showing up for that morning meal, putting on a smile, and opening a textbook despite the noise of the world outside.

Restoration isn't just about rebuilding walls; it’s about the daily resilience of a child who refuses to stop learning.

Every lesson is a brick in the foundation of a new Haiti.

The Legacy of the Soil

Today, Haiti honors the hands that till the soil and the backs that carry the weight of our nation.

But on this Agriculture and Labor Day, we are looking at a different kind of harvest. 🇭🇹

In these small uniforms, we see the fruit of years of prayer and perseverance. These children aren't just 'playing' , they are practicing for a Haiti where their labor is met with opportunity, and their dreams are no longer limited by their zip code.

We work today so they can lead tomorrow. This is the restoration we believe in.
