Pack 17 Franklin VA had their annual Campout this week. While camping at our scout house Cubs from Pack 17 worked on requirements associated with their dens. Activities include: a 2 mile hike, learning parts and pieces of a tent and how to set it up, eating delicious food over the campfire and closing the evening with a flag retirement ceremony. Most of all, the cubs had the opportunity to have fellowship with other scouts and have fun! A big thank you to everyone who helped make this campout a success!!
