Franklin & Bellingham Rail Trail Committee The FBRTC is a volunteer advocacy group dedicated to the development, maintenance, and financial support of the SNETT as multi-use recreational path.

The Franklin & Bellingham Rail Trail Committee (FBRTC) is a volunteer advocacy group dedicated to the development, maintenance, and financial support of the Southern New England Trunkline Trail as a multi-use, universally accessible recreational path. FBRTC is a recognized 501(c)(3), working in partnership with the Grand Trunk Trail Blazers and federal, state and local governments, members of the FBRTC are committed to exploring all private, state and federal funding avenues to implement all necessary design plans.

Great morning spent with the DiPietro Elementary community during their Walk to School Day.

We do apologize to the teachers though if the kids had a little too much energy from all the donut holes they ate... but who can say "No" to those cute faces!

Trolley Crossing Farm is located 0.3 miles East of the Center Street crossing, and Wadsworth Farm is located at the Spring Street crossing.

In addition to the agenda, we will be discussing and holding a final vote on a proposed amendment to the Bylaws to establish a reserve fund/account. Under the proposed policy, reserve funds would be held in a separate account overseen by the Treasurer and require additional approvals before being used. If approved, this change would provide a formal process for maintaining and using reserve funds.
