What a great recognition of all the counties’ efforts! with Johnson County Farm Bureau, Inc. of Indiana

Congratulations to YF&AP programs from Henry, Huntington and Johnson counties that were honored for their accomplishments at the Innovate and Grow Conference presented by Young Farmers & Ag Professionals this weekend!

Henry County Farm Bureau’s YF&AP program was recognized with the Outstanding County Young Farmers & Ag Professionals Award given to the top county program in the state. YF&AP programs in Johnson and Huntington counties were runners-up.

Henry County Farm Bureau’s YF&AP program also donated the most dollars to Feeding America in 2025. Johnson County Farm Bureau’s YF&AP program was recognized for the most hours volunteered and most pounds of food donated with over 1,000 pounds contributed.

🚨🐮 Livestock Map- Register Your Livestock! 🐷🚨

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is creating a Livestock Map to protect your animals/livestock in the event they escape their enclosure!

🚦 What is a Livestock Map?: This Livestock Map is a completely voluntary form where you can enter your contact info and types of animals/livestock. This information is only accessible by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. This Livestock Map is a simple way to keep your animals/livestock safe and reduce the chances of an accident occurring if they escape!

🚔 Why?: The Sheriff’s Office receives multiple calls a year regarding livestock that have gotten out and run loose on our county roads. This Livestock Map would help our Sheriff Deputies locate the owners quickly and keep the animals safe!
