You gotta love Macon County Law Enforcement! They just kicked off their Shop with a Cop initiative and we picked up a ton of toys and wrapping paper to make this years Christmas in Macon county an incredible event! Allen Field! (Center) One of Macon County’s biggest heros for Toys for Tots. Allen has 21 different charities he donates to each year. He has supported Toys for Tots in Macon County for decades. Each year he scrapes up what he can and donates freely to the Toys for Tots program. This year he bought 10 very nice bikes and helmets to provide to the families who requested them. Jason Lakey ( left) did an awesome job helping us select them and we’re. Thankful for the great deal Jason and Steve Piazza (not pictured) the Walmart Store manager, arranged for us.

When I went to pick Allen up at his home he had bags of more toys he donated to the Toys for Tots program. Huge heart and we appreciate him so much. Without people like Allen, it would be difficult to run this program! Keep an eye out for him in town and thank him when you see him!

Unbelievable company. For the last 24 years Countryside Chevrolet has financially, and through their annual Car Show Toy collection event, supported the Toys for Tots in Macon County! This year they gathered over 3 truck loads of toys! To put this feat in perspective they gathered enough toys for over 100 families! Can’t wait to see what they do in 2024! Thank you Countryside Chevrolet!

First Carenet and now Toys for Tots. First Bank located on 30 Hyat Road has really stepped it up helping the Comminity of Macon County and Franklin. Meka Woodring, Area Retail Manager for First Bank, and her team have done an incredible job Championing organizations such as local Veteran organizations, Carenet, and Toys for Tots! First year as a drop off point for Toys for Tots they secured dozens of toys and they are still going strong! Thank you for your support! Welcome to the team!

This group has more energy than anyone in Franklin! The High Mountain Squares is a square dancing social club in Franklin, NC. Each year they conduct an annual Christmas dance to collect toys for the Toys for Tots Program! For 15 years! Thanks to them we were able to gather a pick up truck of toys for local Macon County children. Love these people!
