Krewe of Teche held our 54th Coronation Ball Saturday. King Quercus LIV Kevin Savoy and Queen Virginiana LIV Rebekah Fuhrer-Savoy reigned as we Journeyed with the United States Armed Forces in celebration of the 250th Anniversary of our country. The King's pages were Blake Battaglio and Noah Battaglio, sons of Joshua Battaglio and Rebekah Battaglio. The Queen's attendants were Karsyn LeBlanc, daughter of Ryan LeBlanc and Marissa LeBlanc, and Londyn Austin, daughter of Grace Leblanc and Dontre Austin. Our court members represented the branches of the military. Maid Nicole Mire and Duke Scott Mire represented Space Force. Maid Lea McGoff Salvador and Duke Neil Salvador represented Navy. Maid Natasha E Hebert and Duke Brandan M. Trahan represented Air Force. Maid Natalie Peltier Theriot and Duke Timmy Theriot represented Marine Corps. Maid Alli Crappell and Duke Jack Ryan Seitzinger represented Coast Guard. Captainess Celeste Mayon Deslatte and Captain Teddy Deslatte represented Army.
Following our Court Presentation we honored King Quercus ###VIII John W. Keenze and his bride Mrs. Verline Keenze as our members of the year for their dedication to the Krewe of Teche.
We also honored all veterans as the VFW Post 12182 presented the colors and the National Anthem was played.
We would like to thank everyone who came out and celebrated with us!
Congratulations King Quercus LIV and Queen Virginiana LIV!!
