We've donated over 3,500 books to the NICU's/Specialty Care Units at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, Women & Infants Hospital and Lowell General. My family & I have been asking for donations of new baby books and gift cards for families staying in hospital with a baby in the NICU or Specialty Care Unit Throughout New England. Our miracle baby Anthony Francis was born on May 7th 2020 at 4:41pm weighing 1lbs 9oz. He stayed in the Brigham NICU for 4 months. Each time that we went to visit Anthony, we would always read him a book. The doctors and nurses said that even though he was so tiny Anthony could hear our voices and that by reading to him it would be a way for all of us to bond. We would love to help give this opportunity to the families that have a baby or babies in the NICU so they can feel a sense of normalcy during a very difficult time.
