We completed three roofs in the last two weeks, so we figured it was finally time to share a little of what we’ve been doing.
As a contractor, I’ve always assumed people knew we offer roofing — but almost every time someone mentions they need a roof and we tell them we can help, they’re surprised.
The truth is, our roof crew does excellent work, and we’d love to keep more projects coming their way. But more than that, after recently going through our own roof replacement through an insurance claim, I realized just how frustrating and misleading the roofing process can be.
If you’ve ever dealt with storm damage or insurance, you’ve probably seen it too. A lot of roofing companies push contracts that basically say they’ll replace your roof for whatever the insurance company approves — and sometimes even try to “work in” your deductible so it feels like there’s no money out of pocket. In our experience, that kind of approach is way too common.
We’ve handled roofing on our additions, new builds, back porches, and now a growing number of full roof replacements, including insurance jobs. And what we’ve found is this:
On average, we’re saving homeowners around $4,000 compared to what insurance payouts or other roofing companies were expecting to charge.
If you need a quote for a new roof — whether it’s storm damage, insurance-related, or just time for a replacement — we’d be happy to talk with you.
