To Our Community,
There was a devastating incident that occurred at our Polk facility on January 17th. We are fully cooperating with local law enforcement as they investigate the incident, and are following the guidance provided by local authorities to ensure appropriate steps are being taken throughout this process.
The physical and mental safety and well-being of our residents and staff remain our highest priority. Staff and residents are being offered mental health counseling in the aftermath of the incident
Because this matter is under review, we are unable to share additional details. We are grateful to our local law enforcement for their professionalism and responsiveness during this time.
Our hearts are with the family of the individual impacted by this tragic event, and we will continue to do all we can to support all involved.
