Tiny Miss Boones Mill Apple Festival Benefit Pageant Natural, benefit pageant Each year, the Boones Mill Lion's Club hosts the Boones Mill Apple Festival in Boones Mill, VA, usually September.

For many years, they have hosted their own small pageant to Franklin County contestants, judging on interview, grades, and personality. Jennifer Vincent and Crystal Naff have revised the pageant to include modeling, photogenic, and other unique talents. All monies raised benefit the
Boones Mill Lion's Club.
