🖤💙 This Sunday, May 24th, you can join the movement that stands beside children and families in our community. RAACA Venango is dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by child abuse, raising awareness, and advocating for prevention so every child has the opportunity to feel safe, valued, and heard.

Our monthly meetings are open to everyone. You do not need to own a motorcycle or ride to be part of RAACA. All you need is a heart for helping children and a passion for making a difference.

Tonight at MIDNIGHT is the deadline to submit your T-shirt design for the RAACA Ice Cream Ride!

🎨 Artists must be 18 or under

📌 Designs MUST include “RAACA” somewhere in the artwork

📥 Submit entries to the group page, by email, or through any current RAACA Venango County member

🏆 The winning artist will receive:

• A FREE T-shirt

• FREE entry to the ride for themselves AND their family!

Along with RAACA Erie PA , we were deeply honored to es**rt key members of the Gabby Petito Foundation , Nichole and Jim Schmidt and Tara Petito into the PurpleOne Conference on Domestic Violence. 💜🟣

Moments like this remind us that our missions are tightly woven together. Nearly half of domestic violence situations involve homes where children are present, and far too often, those children are seeing or hearing the unthinkable. In fact, about 1 in 4 children will be exposed to family violence in their lifetime—a reality we cannot ignore.

Where there is domestic violence, children are more than bystanders. They carry the weight of what happens behind closed doors, and that impact can last a lifetime. By raising awareness, supporting survivors, and standing united, we’re not just responding—we’re working to break cycles before they continue.

Because protecting children starts with protecting the homes they grow up in. 💜💙

We witnessed the powerful story of a beautiful soul whose time on earth was cut short far too soon from some of those who knew her best and continue to fight in her name in the hopes that other families don't have to experience their pain. 🪽

We received powerful information on how first responders, medical professionals, educators, and the community as a whole can better prevent and respond to domestic violence and why domestic violence doesn't always look like one may think. 🚩

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the organizers and presenters of yesterday's conference for allowing us to participate in such a powerful and important day.

There are only two weeks left to submit entries for the T-shirt design contest. Give drawings to any RAACA Venango member, send them through messenger, or email them to [email protected] by May 15th along with the artist's name, age, and parents' contact information. Winner must be 18 or younger. 👕🍦

The winning design will be featured on our ride T-shirts for this year and the winner will receive free entry to the after-party. 🎉🏍️
