Tennessee Golf Association The TGA was organized on June 5, 1914 to "promote the game of golf in the state of Tennessee."

In 1914, the Tennessee Golf Association (TGA) was organized at Memphis Country Club as an association of five private clubs. The objective of the Association, as stated in its Constitution, "shall be to promote the game of golf in Tennessee." From these small origins the TGA has become an association which now includes over 220 member clubs, courses, and organizations, comprised of over 37,000 individuals from across the state.

Hudson & Toby Wilt cruised through their first two matches, winning 4&3 and 7&6.

Bennett McNabb & Evan Spence had a bit of a grind to their final match appearance, winning their first two matches of the day in 21 holes and 3&2.

Congratulations to the three qualifiers headed to the 78th U.S. Junior Amateur at Saucon Valley Country Club.

Hudson Justus (Gainesville, Ga.) earned medalist honors with Davis Wotnosky (Wake Forest, N.C.) and Drew Madigan (Collierville) earning the two other qualifying spots. Good luck in a few months gentlemen!

Congrats to medalist Hailey Jung (Johns Creek, Ga.) and Kylie Chung (Cu***ng, Ga.) on qualifying for the 77th U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship at Old Chatham Golf Club.

Isabella Coughlin (Farragut) and Sarah Hyten (Edwardsville, Ill.) were the first and second alternates, respectively.
